Adolf Gassol is currently artistic director of the Barcelona Baroque Orchestra and musical director of the NovAria Filharmonia Orchestra with which he has successfully premiered different operas such as La Travita de Verdi, La Bohème de Puccini and Carmen de Bizet.

Adolf Gassol is a Barcelona musician with extensive musical training, piano, violin and viola, he began his studies at the Choir of the Cathedral of Barcelona.

His educational career has taken him to the Barcelona Superior Municipal Music Conservatory, the Liceo Superior Conservatory, the UNIR (Universitst de La Rioja), the ESMUC, Trössingen (Germany) and the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional Perpignan, where he studied with maestro Christian Rouquié (baroque violinist) and Carole Parer (harpsichordist).
